IFCHIC Points Reward Program Guidelines

Earning Points:

• You can earn IFCHIC Points on any device through eligible purchases made on IFCHIC.COM.
• You must register to become an IFCHIC member.
• Earning points in the reward system depends on the company's promotions, and not all purchases (items) are eligible for IFCHIC points.
• IFCHIC Points will be credited to your IFCHIC member account after the 14-day return period (see return policy).
• Any cancellation of an order, items, or changes in the order's value will result in points earned being recalculated.
• IFCHIC Points earnings are calculated before taxes, shipping costs, and any other fees.

Point Values:

• 1 IFCHIC Point = $1.00 USD.
• IFCHIC Points are calculated by rounding down.
• IFCHIC reserves the right to modify the points' value at any time without prior notice.
• The value of IFCHIC Points may vary based on activity and promotions.

Redemption Eligibility:

• Accumulated IFCHIC Points can be redeemed for discounts on eligible purchases made on IFCHIC.COM mobile App ONLY.
• IFCHIC Points are applied at checkout before shipping costs, taxes, and other applicable fees.
• IFCHIC Points cannot be manually applied after a purchase has been made.
• IFCHIC Points are not convertible to cash or equivalent items.

Return and Cancellation:

• When you use IFCHIC Points to make a purchase and that purchase is later refunded or requested to be canceled, the points will be credited back to your original account.
• If cancellation/ return occurs because of insufficient stock or a defect, the points will be returned to your IFCHIC member account. If your points had already expired on the refund date, we provide an additional 48-hour window for you to make another purchase using those points.

Points Expiry:

• IFCHIC Points are valid for 12 months from the date of their crediting to your IFCHIC member account.
• IFCHIC will try to notify you via email 5 days before your points expire to help you stay updated. Yet, it is your responsibility to monitor your points' validity.
• Expired points will not be extended or reinstated under any circumstances. Please regularly check their validity.
• IFCHIC Points' expiration time and date are calculated based on Eastern Standard Time.
• If your points had already expired on the refund date, we provide an additional 7-days window for you to make another purchase using those points.

Non-Transferable:

• IFCHIC Points are non-transferable and can only be redeemed by the account holder on IFCHIC.COM. mobile App only. They cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred to other accounts.

Combining Points and Discounts:

• In certain cases, IFCHIC Points can be used alongside other discounts or promotions. However, certain promotions or products might be excluded from IFCHIC point redemption.

Abuse Prevention:

• The IFCHIC Points Reward Program is intended to reward genuine engagement and purchases. Any attempts to misuse the system, such as creating multiple accounts for the same individual, engaging in fraudulent activities, or exploiting program loopholes, will lead to immediate disqualification from the program.

System Integrity:

• Manipulation, hacking, or unauthorized access to the loyalty points system is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

Account Responsibility:

• It is your responsibility to manage your IFCHIC Points account. Maintain the security of your login information to prevent unauthorized access.

IFCHIC Point Reward Program Modifications:

• We reserve the right to modify or terminate the IFCHIC Points Reward program at any time at our discretion, without prior notice. However, IFCHIC will strive to inform members of these changes. Such changes or modifications will be effective immediately upon being posted on IFCHIC.COM website and mobile app.

Program Abuse Consequences:

• If any abuse or violation of program guidelines is detected, appropriate actions will be taken, including suspending or closing involved accounts, voiding IFCHIC Points earned through improper means, and pursuing legal actions.
