If the recipient refuses a shipment from IFCHIC, the recipient will bear both the original and return shipment shipping costs and any Import Fees incurred on the package. Merchandises may be dispatched from different warehouses; therefore, your order may arrive in different packages. You will receive email confirmation of en route merchandise.

Out of Stock Item

Although we make every effort to keep sufficient stock of items listed on our site, occasionally we do sell out of certain products. Merchandise availability is not guaranteed. If we are out of stock on an item that you've ordered, we will notify you via email. Any changes will be reflected in your order total as well as your shipping confirmation.

Duties & Taxes

For international orders, the customer may be subject to additional charges, known as “import taxes”, levied by the destination country. These additional charges may include, but are not limited to, Custom duty fees, sales tax, and any other handling costs determined by the respective Customs offices.
