Sabon

Sabon is an ‘old-style-soap’ concept originated in Tel-Aviv, Israel by two young entrepreneurs Avi Piatok and Sigal Kotler Levi. The inspiration for the brand came from their vast travels, specifically after they discovered a 70-year-old Australian soap recipe. The concept of selling traditional, natural soaps by weight was not very popular at the time, so, after seeing a gap in the market, the first Sabon store was born in Israel in 1997. The instincts served the duo well, given that they were able to grow a successful international soap empire with no formal background in cosmetics or perfumery. Today, Sabon is one of the most prestigious soap brands with their stores being opened in many countries across the world.
