- All repair can be taken care of at any Hermès store around the world.
- Due to differences in monitors, colors of products may also appear different to those shown on the site. These include the lighting used at the time of the photo shoot and the devices used by the customer to browse our products.
- Once Hermes products are shipped or being collected, there will be No Refund and No Exchange.
- Collect-In-Person Service is ONLY limited to Birkin, Kelly, Constance, 24/24, Bolide, Roulis, Pitcotin, Lindy, Mosaique, Herbag; Other Hermès items will be shipped via SF Express.
- The cardholder must come and collect the item in person. Please bring your payment credit card for verification.
