l’Officine Universelle Buly, also known as Buly 1803, is a Paris-based perfume house. The history of Buly dates back to 1803, when Jean-Vincent Buly founded his own perfume and scented-vinegar brand that was supplying French high society with signature scents. The brand was booming for over 100 years, until it faded into nonexistence for over a century. Buly 1803 had its rebirth under the precise guidance of Victoire de Taillac and Ramdane Touhami in 2014 and became a real hit once again. Today Buly 1803 is represented in more than 58 countries.
