Returns & Exchanges

If you are not completely happy with your purchase(s), we will gladly refund your purchases or make an exchange. To return or exchange, you have 14 days from receiving your order to request a return number. Requests received after 14 days will not be accepted. You will receive a return number via email, which will allow an additional 14 days to return the package to the warehouse. All returns must arrive at the warehouse within the 28-day period. Returns outside of this period will not be accepted at our discretion.

USA returns/exchanges process:

For all exchanges please contact our customer service (contactus@ifchic.com) in advance and return the item(s) following the steps below:

Step 1:Sign in to return
Sign-in to your account, under My Account, click on Order History, then select the order number containing the item(s) you would like to return.

Step 2:Return label and return number
An email containing your Return Number and a return label will be sent to you.
Write down the Return Number on the Return Pro-Forma Invoice and sign where indicated.

Step 3:Pack your return item(s)
Please return your item(s) using the original packaging provided.
(If returning footwear, please do not use shoe box as your shipping box.)
Ensure that the Return Pro Forma Invoice is included.

Step 4:Label your return package
Print the return label from the email. Cover or remove any original mailing address label or carrier barcodes from the package then affix the return label to your package.

Step 5:UPS station drop off
Drop off your package at any UPS station. Please request for a proof of posting certificate and keep it safe for your reference. We are unable to process refund for lost packages.

Step 6:Payment refund
You will receive a payment refund confirmation email once your return has been completed.
Please note that shipping costs are not refundable.

Choose your own carrier and send the returns back to us.

International returns process:

Currently, we do not offer international exchanges.

Ship your package using a trackable, insured method. Please request for a proof of posting certificate and keep it safe for your reference. IFCHIC is not responsible for packages we do not ship and is unable to process refund for lost packages.

Return policy

Please note that for all returns, you have 14 days from receiving your order to request a return number. Return request after 14 days will not be accepted. NOT ALL ITEMS CAN BE RETURNED. (See below for more details) Items must be returned in new and unused condition along with the IFCHIC.COM and original designer garment tags attached. Any designer packaging such as boxes, dust bags, authenticity cards are also considered part of the product and must be returned with the product. IFCHIC reserves the right to refuse any merchandise that does not follow the terms and conditions of the return policy. Please contact customer service (contactus@ifchic.com) if you have any further questions. The refunds will be credited to your original method of payment once merchandise is returned in perfect condition.

Payment refunds

Once returned items are received in original condition, merchandise refunds will be credited to your original method of payment except shipping fees if any.

Exchange policy

To make an exchange for different size/color of your purchased product, please return your purchase within 14 days for refund, and place a new order for the preferred product. Please make sure your returning product(s) must meet our return policy to ensure full refund.

Clothing, Bags

Products have been worn, washed, soiled or altered will not be accepted. Snags, rips, missing embellishments, marks, odors, stretched or other damages that affect an item's saleable condition will be returned to the customer without a refund or exchange.

Shoes

When trying on shoes, only walk on a carpeted surface. Any scratches or markings on the soles will flag the product as not eligible for return or exchange. Shoe boxes and dust bags must also be sent back in perfect condition.

Jewelry, Accessories

For reasons of hygiene and safety, all jewelry and accessories such as earrings, ear cuffs, stockings, and socks are not eligible for return or exchange.

Beauty, Fragrance & Candles

All beauty items include skincare, cosmetics that have been used, opened, tested will not be accepted. Fragrance, diffusers, and candles are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned due to transport restrictions.

Body temperature, air temperature, weather and humidity can affect the intensity of scent. These reasons are not considered as defect; return and exchanges are not accepted.

Swimwear, Lingerie

All swimwear should be tried on over underwear with the protective adhesive strip. Returns will not be accepted if the protective adhesive strip has been removed or items are soiled. Please note that underwear briefs are non-returnable for reasons of hygiene and safety.

Consumer Electronics Products

Consumer electronics are special products that cannot be restored to their original state once opened. Please note that products cannot be returned or exchanged once opened.


Warranty/Repair

Should your product experience any functional failures under standard usage, as stipulated in the provided user manual, and within the warranty timeframe, it shall be eligible for repair per the terms of our warranty policy. Please be aware that this does not cover postage expenses for sending and returning the product.

The warranty does not apply to the followings:

  1. Deficiencies or damages arising from misapplication, inappropriate maintenance, accidental circumstances, or external influences beyond our realm of control.
  2. Attempts at unauthorized repairs, alterations, or modifications to the product.
  3. Functional failures or damages occurring as a result of unmanageable external factors.
  4. Deficiencies caused by moisture exposure, submersion in liquid, or rusting.
  5. Absence of tangible proof confirming the start of the warranty period, such as a valid proof of purchase.

Food & Drink

For safety reasons, food and drink products are not returnable or exchangeable. Food products such as cookies, chocolates, candies, and cakes can experience breakage during transit. This will not be accepted as a defect for refund or exchanges.

Flowers

All flowers are non-returnable and cannot be cancelled once the order has been placed.

Defective Items

IFCHIC carefully inspects every item before it goes into packaging process. If you have received a defective item, please contact Customer Service immediately. IFCHIC reserves the rights to request photographic support before authorizing a return. Please note that items which are damaged or as a result of wear and tear, or through misuse will not be considered defective.

Repeated Returns

We carefully monitor all customer returns; repeated returns will be flagged and may be rejected at our discretion or lead to termination of your IFCHIC account.

Late Returns

Returns requested after 14 days of receipt will not be accepted. Return packages arrived to warehouse outside of 28-days period are not accepted at our discretion.

Price Adjustment

IFCHIC offers a price adjustment on items purchased at full price and marked down within 7 days prior to the original order date, IFCHIC will adjust the price of items upon request, once. The exact same style, color and size of an item must be in stock at IFCHIC for purchase at the time your request is made. If a price adjustment is made, the price difference will be refunded to your original method of payment. Requests for price adjustment will not be honored on items originally purchased at a sale or a reduced price.

Processing Time

Please note that you will be notified via the email address provided on your registered account once the refund has been processed. Please allow up to 2 WEEKS to process your return; the transaction may take up to a month to reflect on your financial statement.

Final Sale

All products marked FINAL SALE are not eligible for return or exchange.
