We want you to be satisfied and happy. If you are not completely happy with your purchase(s), we will gladly refund your purchases within 30 days of receipt (items must arrive the warehouse). However, returns outside of this period are not accepted at our discretion.

USA Returns/Exchanges
Returns and exchanges are easy and free for all U.S. orders.

USA Return / exchange process :
For all exchanges please contact our customer service (contactus@ifchic.com) in advance and return the item(s) following the steps below :
  • Step 1 :SIGN IN TO RETURN
    Sign-in to your account, under My Account, click on Order History, then select the order number containing the item(s) you would like to return.

  • Step 2 :RETURN LABEL AND RETURN NUMBER
    An email containing your Return Number and a return label will be sent to you.
    Write down the Return Number on the Return Pro-Forma Invoice and sign where indicated.

  • Step 3 :PACK YOUR RETURN ITEM(S)
    Please return your item(s) using the original packaging provided.
    (If returning footwear, please do not use shoe box as your shipping box.)
    Ensure that the Return Pro Forma Invoice is included.

  • Step 4 :LABEL YOUR RETURN PACKAGE
    Print the return label from the email. Cover or remove any original mailing address label or carrier barcodes from the package then affix the return label to your package.

  • Step 5 :UPS STATION DROP OFF
    Drop off your package at any UPS station. Please request for a proof of posting certificate and keep it safe for your reference. We are unable to process refund for lost packages.

  • Step 6 :PAYMENT REFUND
    You will receive a payment refund confirmation email once your return has been completed.
    Please note that shipping costs are not refundable.

TAIWAN Returns/Exchanges

    Please note that shipping costs are not refundable.

International Returns
Send returns back within 30days of receipt by your choice of carrier.
International Return process :
Currently, we do not offer international exchanges. For further assistance, please contact our customer service (contactus@ifchic.com). Making a return outside of USA is easy, simply follow the steps below :

    Ship your package using a trackable, insured method. Please request for a proof of posting certificate and keep it safe for your reference. IFCHIC is not responsible for packages we do not ship and is unable to process refund for lost packages.

Return Policy

Before your package leaves the warehouse, it is carefully inspected and controlled by the team. Any returned items that do not meet our policy, will be sent back to the customer with the customer responsible for shipping costs. Please contact customer service (contactus@ifchic.com) immediately for items that are received damaged.

Please note, for all returns and exchanges, items must HAVE NOT BEEN WORN, ALTERED OR WASHED, and ALL tags must attached. Any designer packaging such as boxes, dust bags, authenticity cards and tags are considered part of the product. IFCHIC reserves the rights to request photographic support for defective or incorrect merchandise before authorizing a return. IFCHIC reserves the rights to refuse any merchandise that does not follow the terms and conditions of the return policy. Once returned items are received, full refunds will be credited to your original method of payment.

We carefully monitor all customer returns; repeated returns will be flagged and may be rejected at our discretion or lead to termination of your IFCHIC account.

  • Returns will be denied if we receive the item(s) after 30 days.

  • Merchandise has worn, washed, altered or without original vendor tags attached. Snags, rips, missing embellishments, marks, odors, stretched or other damages that affect an item's saleable condition will be returned to the customer.

  • For reasons of hygiene and safety, all earrings including ear cuffs, undergarments, stockings, socks are non-returnable.

  • All final sale purchases are not eligible for return or exchange. Sale items are also not subject to price adjustments.

processing time

Please note that you will be notified via the email address provided on your registered account once the refund has been processed. Please allow up to 2 WEEKS to process your return; the transaction may take up to a month to reflect on your financial statement.
